SMHCA Members:

The SMHCA Bylaws were last amended on January 16, 2015.  An amendment of the 2015 Bylaws was requested at a board meeting this year. Per the current Bylaws a committee was created to review and make the changes, they were approved by a quorum of the board. The final step in the process is to have the SMHCA General Membership vote on June 18th at SMHCA's June Annual General Membership Meeting which will take place during the break at the June 18th SMHCA Training via zoom. There will be a poll taken to vote "yes" or "no" to the amended Bylaws. I have attached the current Bylaws and the amended Bylaws for your review.
