Article II Membership, Dues, and Ethics

Section 3 Severance of Membership

Change: "having been disciplined by the 491 Board" to "having license revoked by the 491 Board."

The change was approved by the SMHCA Board. Please see the attached Proposed SMHCA Bylaws with the change included. We will be voting on the Proposed SMHCA Bylaws today, June 18, 2021 during the break at the SMHCA Training which is scheduled for 1:30 pm. This June meeting is considered the Annual Membership and Election Meeting.
