Hello, everyone.  I've gotten a few requests from members wanting information on Headway, which I understand is a service that handles billing but also negotiates higher rates for counselors and is reportedly free to the counselor.  I don't use it and so far everyone I've talked to either doesn't use it or is in the very early stages of using it and is not able to tell me whether it pans out well for them over a significant period of time.  Anyone have experience with Headway and can offer some feedback on the service?
