Hello, colleagues.  I am pursuing a doctorate in Counselor Education & Supervision at the University of South Florida and am requesting that clinical members of SMHCA complete a 15-30 minute survey that will be used for my dissertation on the relationship between treatment decisions of clinical mental health counselors and counselor demographics.
