President, President-Elect, and Past-President

In addition to the responsibilities outlined in the bylaws, the President develops board meeting agendas and presides over them.

President-­Elect Duties:

a. Assume Presidential duties in the absence of the President

b. Become President for the unexpired term should a vacancy occur in the office of the President

c. Become President when the current President’s term expires

d. Assume other responsibilities as decided by the Board of Directors

Past-President Duties: 

Serve as advisor to the President and Board of Directors
