• Professional guidelines for mental health counselors & clinical social workers, including differences in each profession, in private practice.
• The managed care system, including legal requirements, and it’s use in private practice.
• Resources with current, revised & updated legal requirements of private practice.
• Florida Laws applicable to mandatory reporting, including clients & other professionals (mental health, medical, other).
