This training in our series on Cultural Competency focuses on providing therapy to age demographics from every generations offering insights to better equip therapists to adapt to diversity and understand the cultural contexts of communities we serve.

1. Demographic characteristics and generational markers of each generation.
2. Shaping events and common experiences characterizing generational cultures. 
3. Potential reasons each population may seek therapy based on age and developmental norms. 
4. Supportive clinical approaches for clients who are members of these generations, and possible interventions that will support their mental health needs.
