I received this email over the weekend and it’s the classic scammy-type. People who are inexperienced and/or feeling desperate might fall for something like this.
So buyers beware: If it seems too good to be true, then it most likely is.
I’ve included my responses. Notice how evasive they are. If someone has a good, viable, reliable product, they have no reason to be shady.

Subject: St Petersburg - We need a counseling clinic to collaborate with
Hi
I am contacting you because we are looking for a licensed counseling clinic to collaborate with on a mutually beneficial deal.
We are already working with a few clinics in Georgia and Texas, and now we are looking to expand to Florida or to be exact St Petersburg
If you have room for 5-10 extra clients every week, let me know and possibly send me your number so I can give you a call

Absolutely Ken
We are an independent company working with Mental Health Clinics. We have a guarantee of 5-10 clients a week for counselors that we are working with, and now we are looking to expand.
I would love to ask you a couple of screening questions like how much do you charge per session, and what insurances do you accept, and if we are a good fit I can outline a whole strategy to you, and show you step by step our system and how everything works
I see your number here, can I or somebody from my team give you a call, please?
Best Regards

So it’s for Facebook ads, which unless you really know what you’re doing with your marketing and advertising budget, they’re a long shot, to say the least.
So…just be careful out there. And ask a few of your experienced peeps if you’re not sure. Always best to ask questions, sleep on it and get specific information so you can check it out yourself.
